Donation Policy

HOPE (Preventing Euthanasia and Assisted Suicide) Limited is a coalition of groups and individuals who oppose the legalisation of euthanasia and assisted suicide and support measures that will make euthanasia and assisted suicide unthinkable.

We accept donations from everyday Australians that want to support our work, and this enables HOPE to respond quickly and without hesitation to any need or major event.

We are driven by you, not business, a union, a religious organisation or any other community organisation. We are not a political party and are not aligned to any – we are truly independent.

We are not a charity and we don’t receive funding from any government.

When you support HOPE, we can continue the important work of preventing euthanasia and assisted suicide in Australia.

Every donation counts; every dollar strengthens our ability to vindicate that every life matters.

HOPE (Preventing Euthanasia and Assisted Suicide) Limited is deeply committed to the rule of law, together with enabling greater freedom via donations from everyday Australians.

However, there are some businesses from whom we don’t accept donations due to our principles, mission and core values across the country.

By donating to HOPE (Preventing Euthanasia and Assisted Suicide) Limited, donors confirm they understand that:

  1. The donation is not tax deductible;
  2. The funds being donated are not being provided to HOPE by another person or entity, unless otherwise specified;
  3. HOPE reserves the right to refund any donations they are not willing to accept.
